This is a property in Kilmacolm we stripped several layers of paint off back to natural stone using various methods depending on the stone the paint was being stripped from. We used our DOFF machine for the soft sandstone at the front which doesn’t damage or score the stone. For the side we used our abrasive blasting system as the granite stone is hard enough not to be damaged and this was the quickest / most cost effective method. Project took 4 weeks from start to finish, on time and on budget.
